Service Description

LoLEpicShop offers League of Legends’ gamers a simple solution for the problem of how to play in ranked matches by gaining access to a Level 30 account quickly and for a fee. LoLEpicShop offers Lifetime Coverage of all accounts which protects your account in the event that it is banned by Riot due to an issue on our end. Replacement accounts are issued in these instances at no additional cost. Lifetime Coverage does not apply to customers whose accounts are banned for failure to adhere to Riot’s rules during matches. Our affordable, custom-made accounts are never leveled with bots and are less likely to be banned because of this feature. Terms of Service

LoL Epic Shop IS NOT affiliated or associated with, sponsored or endorsed by League of Legends or Riot Games, Inc. LoL Smurf Accounts are the intellectual property of the developer, Riot Games. Your purchase does not, in any way alter your standing contracts or agreements with Riot Games. Our Smurf Accounts and other products and services do not signify ownership of any kind. These terms do not grant access to use branding or logos used in our services or descriptions.

Policy for Banned Accounts

Smurf Accounts on LoLEpicShop have a guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You have changed the registered email and password on the account after your purchase AND verified it prior to playing games.
  • You have forwarded us a copy of the ban notice (which includes the reason for your account’s ban) to [email protected] within 10 business days.
  • Your account has been active and you have used it to play at least one match since your purchase.
  • Your account has not been transferred from the region it was located in at the time of purchase and delivery.
  • The reasons listed for your ban are “purchase of an account,” “use of a 3rd party program to level to 30” or a similar reason.
  • Your ban is our responsibility and not due to misbehavior during a match or other violation of Riot Games Inc. rules and terms.
  • You have not received more than 3 replacement accounts per purchase.

All terms and conditions must be met for the warranty to apply to your Smurf Account. Bans due to hacking, cursing, or any other bad behavior are not covered under our warranty. LoL Epic Shop offers up to (but not more than) 3 replacement accounts per purchase. Any Riot Points (RP) spent on accounts which are subsequently banned cannot be refunded under any circumstances, even when a replacement account is awarded. LoL Epic Shop has a No Refund Policy in effect for all accounts. Banned accounts will be replaced but no refunds will be issued.

Privacy Notice

LoL Epic Shop compiles the following data on visitors and customers: information entered on our contact forms, in email contact and gathered during customer support phone calls like: your name, email address, phone number, account information, purchase details/history and other information used by our staff to provide you with the best experience possible. We do not store your payment information and do not share or sell your name, email address, phone number or account information with any third parties. While your Smurf Account is covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty, LoL Epic Shop provides no guarantee that your account will be free of error. While we accept full responsibility for replacing accounts that are banned due to errors described in the above Banned Account Policy, we do not accept any responsibility beyond the terms of this agreement. Your purchase indicates that you have read, understood and fully agreed with these policies and terms of services. Customers agree that LoL Epic Shop’s owners, agents, employees, stakeholders and volunteers are not liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries or suits (which include court costs, attorney fees and any other fees resulting from the acts, errors, or omissions of customers who purchase any products or services offered by LoL Epic Shop. Your purchase indicates that you fully understand and accept responsibility for any interference with existing contracts you are currently under.

Unranked account description:

If you buy any our unranked accounts via any of these packages they are solely based on a number of champions. Blue Essential, RP and skins are anywhere from “0” to the “up to” amount, which is clearly stated on our website. Before buying any accounts from this site please note that sales on all packages listed above are final.

Ranked account description:

All packages are solely based on the number of champions. When you buy accounts from us, the Blue Essential, RP and skins are 100% random as clearly stated on our website.

account ban due to our fault

unknown reason for account lost ( after investigation )

unable to log in to the initial account that was provided

Additional Terms and Conditions; EULAs
